Week 3...

























































































































Okay, athletes, this is the end of week 3. I ran 40 miles and did 1 1/2 hours on the elliptical. Next week is your LAST CHANCE WORKOUT!!! Make it count...

This week I ran through rain, hail, sleet and snow (and hurricane winds)!!! An arduous experience from A to Z. Even slipped on a patch of ice and put a hole in my running pants and knee. But survived! Here are my stats:

Running:
Mon-Thurs 45 min
Fri 47 min
Sat 46 min

Workouts:
Tues 52 min
Thurs 55 min

Total: 380 minutes

Just 30 again

Elizabeth ran 15 this week (she's almost reached the goal of 30 miles a month...oh wait)

Mommy - Wow! 20 minutes up from last week! Way to go. And it sounds like you had some pretty tough running conditions!
Elizabeth - Don't give up. You made it half way. You can do 30 this last week!
Daniel - Way to squeeze in a last chance workout. You reached your 30-mile minimum goal! Good job!

So, athlete of the week goes to me this week for most miles run. It's anyone's game next week... But you have to want it! Happy running/working out everyone!!

Unless symphony rehearsal every night counts as exercise (and it doesn't)... I came up a little short. As in: 0
