Week 2

As a faithful Biggest Loser fan, I know that week 2 is usually a bad week for weight loss on the show. Based on conversations I've had with some of you this week, I know that it has been a tough one. I myself didn't run as far as last week, but I did get in my minimum of 30 miles. My totals this week are 30 miles run and 1h 45min on the elliptical. We're half way there. It's time to either finish strong or redeem yourself. =)

I had 264 minutes running, plus 96 taebo/boot camp workout. Equals 360 minutes - 6 hrs. Masa

Mommy - Wow! Since you're the only one who actually did more this week than week one, athlete of the week goes to you! Most impressive!

Gina - Keep dancing! Maybe you need a dance partner. I bet Winnie would love to work out with you.

Daniel - Those are two very looooong runs. Way to be committed and get in those 30 miles on time!

Elizabeth - Hang in there. I know House of Pillows has been a "distraction" for you and you've been really busy at work. Today is a new day and the beginning of a new week. Keep running!

thanks for the encouragement Erika-I know I would like to say I have an excuse....but I know those don't fly around here....i'll do better this week
